Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership: Direct and supervise the day-to-day operations of the provider and staff, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and effective management of resources.
- Patient Care Services: Ensure high-quality patient care services throughout the episode of care, including referral coordination, patient needs assessment, and individualized plan of care development.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with staff through regular meetings, case conferences, and in-services, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Regulatory Compliance: Supervise patient care to ensure safe, economical, and efficient delivery, adhering to relevant standards and regulations.
- Quality Improvement: Oversee survey readiness activities, actual surveys, and plan of correction development and implementation, driving continuous quality improvement.
- Human Resources: Supervise agency staff performance, monitor and assess employee performance, and ensure qualified personnel are hired and retained.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the QAPI Team, oversee annual Performance Improvement Projects, and drive operational metrics to ensure company goals are met.
- Crisis Management: Act as Emergency Coordinator during emergencies and ensure appropriate plan execution.
- Customer Relations: Represent the agency with external customers, investigate concerns, and ensure satisfaction with complaint resolution.
- Qualifications: Registered nurse with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare setting or related healthcare field.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification.
- Transportation: Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
