Job Summary

We are seeking a certified and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team at Holy Cross Health Partners in Kensington, Maryland. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to patients, including a substantial geriatric population.

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic health services that focus on health restoration, health maintenance, and disease prevention in a Health Center setting.
  • Offer health education and counseling to individuals and families.
  • Make geriatric house calls to care for vulnerable homebound patients.
Requirements
  • Minimum two to three years of NP experience.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or other compact state.
  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland.
  • Current DEA license.
  • BLS certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
