Nurse Practitioner

Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and Adventist HealthCare's standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our patient care services.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid Maryland RN license required.
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum one year of RN experience required, with one year of current Telemetry experience or related acute care experience preferred.

24 hours per week (two 12 hour shifts)

Day shift: 7AM-7PM

Every other weekend and holiday
