Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' employees, responding to their transportation needs, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients' employees, responding to their transportation needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage service technicians' schedules, troubleshoot jetting unit issues, and log and process all service tickets.
  • Coordinate correspondence and responses as required by clients, providing liaison support on all matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a transportation or logistics setting.
  • Excellent customer relation skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
