Position Overview

The Co-Pilot plays a crucial role in ensuring the secure operation of the aircraft, adhering to the regulations set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration, as well as the specific operational guidelines and standard procedures of Alliance Laundry Systems LLC.

This position is integral to a customer-focused team dedicated to managing our corporate aircraft, guaranteeing a safe and pleasant flying experience while upholding all airworthiness standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Pilot in daily flight operations.
  • Execute cleaning tasks related to pre-flight and post-flight requirements.
  • Maintain exemplary crew coordination, executing duties in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively with company staff, clients, and passengers.
  • Ensure the aircraft is clean, stocked, and prepared for flight at all times.
  • Verify that navigational charts and Flight Management computer databases are up-to-date and ready for use.
  • Assist in monitoring maintenance when the aircraft is undergoing servicing.
  • Participate in aircraft flight readiness, including pre-flight and post-flight checks.
  • Conduct preflight planning tailored to each trip's objectives.
  • Assist with customs preparation for international travel.
  • Address passenger needs as required.
  • Load passenger luggage in accordance with manufacturer’s weight and balance specifications.
  • Support various administrative and departmental tasks as directed by the Chief Pilot.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Airline Transport Pilot certification.
  • A minimum of 2,500 hours of total flight experience is preferred.
  • At least 400 hours of multi-engine flight experience is preferred.
  • Multi-Engine Turbine experience (minimum of 200 hours).
  • Experience with LR-45 aircraft is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Current First Class Medical certification.
  • FCC Radio Operators Permit.
  • Possession of a valid passport.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to travel internationally.
  • Familiarity with current Federal Air Regulations for the US and Canada.
  • Previous experience in corporate aviation is preferred but not essential.
Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to convey information accurately and promptly, both in writing and verbally.
  • Experience in a multi-crew environment, including effective coordination among crew members.
  • Capability to address passenger needs to ensure a high level of customer service.
Physical Requirements

This position involves prolonged periods of sitting, standing, manual dexterity, bending, and occasional heavy lifting (up to 90 lbs).
