Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Assistant Manager RN Home Health to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for evaluating nursing activities to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clinical record documentation according to agency policy and procedures and state/federal regulation
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and be available for federal and state licensure surveys
  • Participate in Performance Improvement activities, including clinical record review, quality indicator monitoring, and quality management
  • Act as a Preceptor to coordinate orientation and training for all RN Clinical new hires
  • Provide ongoing training and educational opportunities for Clinical staff
  • Supervise RN, LPN, and HHA field staff as indicated

Requirements:

  • Active RN licensure in the state of application
  • Associate's degree required
  • Valid CPR
  • Medicare skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of OASIS preferred
  • RN experience in healthcare (home health) preferred
