Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Endodontic Associate to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our lead partner doctor to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive office culture.
  • Provide training and coaching to clinical staff on clinical processes and preferences.
  • Market our practice to new and existing referral sources.
  • Examine, diagnose, and treat the nerve and dental tissue of patients' teeth.
  • Administer anesthetics and perform root canals and various endodontic surgeries.
  • Address traumatic dental injuries and stay up-to-date with new trends and developments in the field.

Requirements

  • Surgical experience is preferred.
  • DDS or DMD degree with a completed certificate of residency from an accredited endodontic residency program.
