Job Title: Dental Assistant Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant Coordinator. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role:
  • This position involves coordinating dental hygiene procedures, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for replenishing hygiene supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating with dental hygienists to ensure efficient workflow and effective patient care.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of patient information, treatment plans, and medical histories.
  3. Collaborating with other staff members to achieve high standards of cleanliness and patient satisfaction.
  4. Providing excellent customer service by responding to patient inquiries and resolving any concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certification (preferably current)
  • X-ray Certification
  • 1 year of experience in a dental setting required
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when necessary
Salary and Benefits:
