Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL B driver to join our team at NuCO2. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering bulk CO2 liquid, hi-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established route.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip evaluations and complete all required documentation of assigned vehicle on a daily basis, following company operation procedures.
  • Execute scheduled route plans and use handheld devices for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with assigned depots.
  • Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of CO2 products for delivery, obtaining required signatures from customers as needed.
  • Ensure assigned delivery vehicles receive basic servicing according to maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain professional demeanor and customer service orientation in daily deliveries to customers.
  • Complete logs and reports as requested and maintain basic records of truck mileage, deliveries made, and other pertinent data as needed.
  • Assist in general warehouse duties when delivery routes are completed.
Requirements
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently maneuver pounds.
  • Have the ability to pull and retract a fill hose with distance up to 100 feet.
  • Possess a CDL B license, tanker, hazmat endorsement, no airbrake restrictions, and possess a current medical card.
  • Must have 1-year commercial driving experience.
  • Pass a pre-employment physical, drug, and road test.
