**Job Summary**
BrightStar Care of Tulsa seeks a Client Care Liaison/Scheduler to handle client scheduling, manage touch-points, and meet inquiry conversion goals. Responsibilities include:
- Effectively manage client care procedures and serve as the point of contact for client relations.
- Meet or exceed inquiry to client conversion goals for the branch.
- Implement consistent conversion practices to drive revenues and client base.
**Requirements**
- Superior client service orientation.
- Ability to handle complex scheduling demands and manage multiple contractors.
- Good computer skills, including Internet and Word essentials.
**Key Qualifications**
- BA preferred, significant experience in a similar role acceptable.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
