**Job Summary**

BrightStar Care of Tulsa seeks a Client Care Liaison/Scheduler to handle client scheduling, manage touch-points, and meet inquiry conversion goals. Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively manage client care procedures and serve as the point of contact for client relations.
  • Meet or exceed inquiry to client conversion goals for the branch.
  • Implement consistent conversion practices to drive revenues and client base.

**Requirements**

  • Superior client service orientation.
  • Ability to handle complex scheduling demands and manage multiple contractors.
  • Good computer skills, including Internet and Word essentials.

**Key Qualifications**

  • BA preferred, significant experience in a similar role acceptable.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
