Position Overview:
Shift: M-F 5PM to 8PM
Rate: $13.00/HOUR
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanitization: Utilize specialized cleaning agents and equipment to ensure surfaces, floors, and machinery are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Regularly collect and dispose of waste in designated receptacles.
- Operate cleaning machinery, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers.
Maintenance Reporting:
- Notify the site supervisor of any maintenance concerns regarding equipment or facilities.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Routine Cleaning Tasks:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments.
- Restock supplies as necessary.
Compliance:
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in an industrial cleaning role is required.
- Safety Awareness: Capable of using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Independence and Teamwork:
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
Physical Stamina:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
- Comfortable with bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods.
Work Environment:
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced industrial setting.
