Join Our Team: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our close-knit team at one of the most picturesque alpine resorts. Our housekeeping staff, known as the "heart of the house," plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and maintain productivity levels that meet or exceed property standards.
- Ensure quality by consistently receiving high scores on room inspection checklists.
- Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants to meet quality and productivity goals.
- Provide training and support for new team members.
- Cross-train in both hotel and condo housekeeping tasks.
- Conduct self-inspections and assist with room inspections as needed.
- Participate in ongoing leadership development programs.
- Possess specialized skills in housekeeping, such as stain removal and restoration.
- Adhere to workplace and chemical safety protocols.
- Meet expectations during performance reviews.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Minimum of two years of housekeeping experience in hospitality settings required.
- Three or more years of experience in housekeeping preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must meet productivity and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
