We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist to join our academic faculty as a Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, teaching and mentoring residents and fellows, and contributing to the department's research and academic mission.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist, including coverage of labor and delivery activities, oversight of complex pregnancy care, and perinatal consultations.
- Teach and mentor residents and fellows in the fundamentals of maternal-fetal medicine, including surgical and ultrasound skills.
- Contribute to the department's research and academic mission through scholarly activities and collaborative research projects.
- Serve as the Program Director for the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship, overseeing the program's administration, operations, and educational activities.
- Medical degree or equivalent, active or eligible Florida medical license, and American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) board certification or eligibility.
- Completion of an approved fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and board certification or eligibility.
- Specialized training and experience in maternal-fetal medicine, including perinatal ultrasound and invasive and non-invasive fetal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Experience in academic medicine, including teaching and mentoring residents and fellows.
