We're seeking a dynamic Aqua Fitness Instructor to join our team at the Glen T. MacLeod Cape Ann YMCA. As an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you'll play a vital role in helping members achieve their fitness goals in our state-of-the-art pools.

About the Role

As an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you'll lead engaging and challenging workouts, educate members on proper form and technique, and inspire participants to return. You'll work effectively with a diverse population of people, utilizing your strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

To thrive in this position, you'll have experience as an exercise instructor, lead classes in a way that inspires member retention and engagement, and possess a working knowledge of fitness training and education, exercise principles, and techniques in your area(s) or specialty.
