Aqua Fitness Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aqua Fitness Instructor to join our team at the Glen T. MacLeod Cape Ann YMCA. As an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in helping members reach their fitness goals in the pool by teaching a variety of classes that create a fun workout environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead classes and educate members on proper form and technique
  • Assist and make appropriate modifications for participants
  • Provide engaging and challenging workouts driven by enthusiasm and active demonstration
Requirements:
  • Experience as an exercise instructor with a strong background in fitness training and education
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse population
  • Working knowledge of exercise principles and techniques in your area(s) or specialty
