Job Summary The Salon Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the success of Sun Tan City by leading a dedicated team to uphold the exceptional client experience we are known for. This position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, addressing client concerns, and ensuring the salon's cleanliness and safety. The Salon Operations Manager is expected to embody the principles of Sun Tan City, delivering an outstanding experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities: Coaching and developing team members to enhance client interactions. Promptly addressing client feedback and concerns. Setting a positive example and maintaining composure during busy periods. Promoting a client-first culture by holding team members accountable for service quality. Driving performance metrics through actionable plans and motivating the team. Upholding integrity and promoting the values and mission of Sun Tan City. Planning and delegating tasks to ensure efficient salon operations. Ensuring the salon is clean, well-maintained, and organized. Managing staffing levels to support employee growth and operational needs. Complying with wage and hour regulations for all team members. Utilizing operational tools to achieve excellence in salon management. Analyzing financial reports to identify trends and improve performance. Conducting regular performance evaluations and setting goals for sales improvement. Overseeing ongoing sales initiatives. The Salon Operations Manager is expected to work a standard 40-hour week. Availability for various shifts based on business needs is required. Qualifications: Preferred college education, though not mandatory. Experience in management or sales is essential. Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Strong understanding of client service and operational practices. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Proven leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and mentoring. Team-building capabilities. Proficiency in prioritizing and delegating tasks. Physical Requirements: Capability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift items as needed. Willingness to maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
Compensation: $15.79 per hour
