  • Address reasonable inquiries and concerns from staff and visitors with professionalism.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies of consumables as necessary.
  • Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform sanitation of restrooms, showers, countertops, and sinks.
  • Clean windows and glass surfaces to maintain visibility and aesthetics.
  • Manage laundry tasks including sorting, washing, and handling linens.
  • Ensure bathrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and clean linens.
  • Empty waste receptacles and dispose of trash appropriately.
  • Report any maintenance needs or repairs to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
  • No prior experience is required; however, experience in public space cleaning is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills to report work status and any discrepancies.
  • Basic mathematical skills are sufficient for this position.
  • Familiarity with using a computer for clocking in and out is necessary.

Physical Requirements

This role involves:
  • Constant standing and walking (over 66% of the time).
  • Occasional sitting (less than 33% of the time).
  • Frequent bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of items up to 25 lbs.
  • Consistent hearing and verbal communication.
  • Regular visual observation.

Work Environment

The Cleaning Crew operates primarily indoors in a controlled environment, with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions. The noise level is typically high, reflecting the active nature of the workplace.
