Salary: $135,000 per year plus benefits
Job Description:
This role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care through medication therapy management. You will interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use. A strong understanding of pharmacology, therapeutics, and clinical research principles is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
BS or PharmD degree; 1+ year of experience in inpatient acute care pharmacy; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
