Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, using evidence-based techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA programming under the direction of a BCBA, including direct 1:1 ABA therapy.
  • Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills to children with ASD.
  • Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors.
  • Collect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system to enter, track, and view progress.
  • Provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to make the most of their efforts in making our programs universal across all areas of the child's environment.
Requirements
  • No experience necessary; we will train you
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with children, especially those with autism & using ABA methodologies is preferred.
  • Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential.
