Server - Lake Tahoe Cruises

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Lake Tahoe Cruises. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating unforgettable memories with our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Serve food and beverage to guests according to their orders and/or banquet menu
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
- Replenish food and beverage products
- Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking guests' identification
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs
- Break down and clean/sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment
- Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
- Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
