Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the internal project scope, budget, timeline, and modifications.
2. Responsible for materials planning, budget formulation, and cost management for designated projects.
3. Acquire and manage the necessary equipment and resources for projects.
4. Develop and sustain a comprehensive project schedule and work plan.
5. Comprehend lifecycle management for quality applications and the processes involved in protocol development and execution.
6. Direct internal and/or client management activities for assigned projects.
7. Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and resource allocation issues.
Support and Communication:
Act as a liaison for team members, discussing changes in project scope, timelines, or budgets with clients. Provide regular and clear project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings aimed at problem-solving and driving solutions to equipment/process challenges, employing methodologies such as FMEA and root cause analysis.
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of parts, materials, components, and equipment that meet technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in leading CQV activities related to process equipment.
- Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
