Job Description:
• Conduct medical assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day
• Review medical records electronically through a secure web portal
• Perform focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran
• Document exam findings required by the VA through the web portal

Requirements:
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (NCCPA accredited)
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong analytical and time management skills
