Job Summary

NetApp is a leading engineering company with a large global presence, managing a vast network of Windows and Mac endpoints across 60 sites and 22 countries. As an Information Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of these endpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions to ensure patching, hardening, and security of Windows and Mac devices.
  • Leverage enterprise tooling and automation to streamline endpoint management, including JAMF, Intune, and Automox.
  • Monitor and report on endpoint security and compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT Support and Security teams to resolve incidents and provide technical support.
  • Ensure high levels of run-state consistency across both Windows and Mac fleets.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as enterprise standards for managing and hardening endpoints at scale.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools, including Intune and JAMF.
  • Knowledge of patching tools, such as Automox, BigFix, Tanium, and Adaptiva.
  • Skilled in leveraging automation for software deployment, patch management, and OS and application updates to Windows and/or Mac devices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff, as well as end-users.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in multiple scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
  • Experience with SQL reporting and query writing.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI and other reporting tools.
  • Automation skills and ability to drive initiatives to automate processes.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $, and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
