The Winter Food & Beverage Busser position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Bogus Basin lodge areas during the winter operational season. This role requires a team player who can maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring our guests have a memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean tables, floors, and surrounding areas, as well as restrooms, to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
  • Stock Management: Ensure proper stock levels of cups, condiments, napkins, and plastic wares to meet guest demands.
  • Guest Interaction: Maintain a professional attitude towards guests and staff, promoting a positive atmosphere.
  • Safety and Reporting: Promote safety by following safe practices and reporting any unsafe conditions or situations.
  • Guest Assistance: Assist guests with questions or problems, seeking help from supervisors or managers when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Bogus Basin Mission: Demonstrate a genuine passion for the Bogus Basin Mission and values.
  • Timely and Accurate Task Completion: Perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner, with or without supervision.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Physical Demands: Frequently stand, balance, walk, and reach with hands and arms; occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch; and occasionally lift, move, and/or support up to 35 lbs.
  • Manual Dexterity: Possess manual dexterity to perform basic foodservice functions such as stocking and cleaning.
  • Availability: Be available to work mid-October through mid-May.
Working Conditions:
  • Restaurant Environment: Work in a restaurant environment, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Inclement Weather: May be exposed to inclement weather.
