Carpentry Specialist

T&T Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in the Morrisville, North Carolina area. As a key member of our commercial concrete division, you will be responsible for assisting production in multi-location job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Apply knowledge of commercial construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment to ensure high-quality results.
2. Read and interpret sketches and shop drawings to understand project requirements.
3. Utilize mathematical skills and analytical thinking to perform duties efficiently.
4. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate harmonious working relationships.
5. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
6. Perform tasks that require climbing ladders up to 60 feet and working with tools, lumber, and materials.
7. Ensure compliance with Company Safety policies and procedures.
8. Obtain 10-hour OSHA Certification within 90 days of hire.
