- Lead and Motivate Team Members: Supervise, train, and motivate our team members to maintain enthusiastic customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all operational procedures are followed, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service standards.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Take inventory of stock during shifts to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.
- Financial Management: Count cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
- Team Development: Identify and develop team members' skills and abilities to enhance their performance and career growth.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
