Solar Repair Technician Lead

The Solar Repair Technician Lead position is a key role within Purelight Power, responsible for leading a team in the repair and maintenance of roof and ground-mounted solar systems. This individual will be expected to follow all company and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of solar repair technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of rooftop and ground-mount solar PV systems.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant safety regulations.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and warehouses.
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Post Install to address any job-related issues or employee concerns.
  • Interact with clients in a professional and respectful manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a solar installer.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs repetitively.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs up to a 45-degree pitch.
  • Insurance-approved driving record and driver's license required.
Compensation

Competitive hourly wage of $50-$60.
