The Waters Senior Living is seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Server to join our team.

As a Lead Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our residents and guests. You will possess a warm and inviting personality, responding to requests in a timely and professional manner, and representing The Waters Senior Living with excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner
  • Train and mentor other Servers, providing work direction and leadership
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
  • Engage with residents, family, and friends, providing exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Must be 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge in areas of safety, sanitation, and chemical use
  • Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care
