Job Overview

This role is designed to manage personal lines accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. You will work closely with clients to review policies, address concerns, and educate them on coverage options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing client interactions and resolving issues promptly
  • Reviewing policies for accuracy and completeness
  • Providing guidance and support on risk management strategies
  • Preparing and distributing necessary documents
  • Servicing personal lines accounts to minimize coverage gaps and reduce exposure to E&O risks
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
