Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial strategy within a progressive organization in the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in enhancing financial performance and providing strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct and present monthly operational reviews and comprehensive monthly reports.
2. Collaborate with various departments to formulate long-term strategic initiatives, annual budgets, and ongoing forecasts.
3. Prepare presentations for quarterly lender meetings and board discussions.
4. Support the formulation and execution of site strategies, key performance indicators, and trend analysis.
5. Monitor and communicate potential risks and opportunities on a monthly basis.
6. Drive enhancements in reporting, analytics, and forecasting processes.
7. Improve data quality through advanced data systems to support analytical processes.
8. Assist in the analysis of site-related decisions, including expansions and transfers.
9. Ensure effective performance reviews and continuous improvement assessments.
10. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- A minimum of 10 years of financial experience with strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve complex financial challenges.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
- Background in veterinary, multi-site healthcare, or retail industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial software such as Adaptive Insights or Workday is a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is competitive and based on various factors including skills, experience, and organizational needs. The estimated salary range for this position is between $180K and $200K annually.
