Job Summary:E2 is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager for utilities and heavy construction. This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days in-office in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
- Facilitate meetings and obtain consensus among stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Conduct process analysis and gap assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the development and implementation of demand planning and forecasting processes and systems.
- Ensure data integrity and quality for demand planning and forecasting activities.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
- Provide process improvement insights to project team members.
- Assess and understand client's software ecosystem, including technical integrations and potential enhancement opportunities.
- Measure and track process performance metrics to evaluate improvement efforts.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent field.
- 5-8 years' experience in similar projects.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage full project life cycle.
- Supply Chain experience with materials, preferably gas, electric, or water utility, or some other heavier construction industry.
- Project Management skills and experience to guide the process improvement projects.
- Process and technology understanding, preferably procurement/material processes and inventory/logistics-related technology.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
