We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

The RN is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide direct and indirect patient care, while practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current unencumbered Oregon RN license
  • Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
  • Basic Fetal Monitoring skills
  • NRP certification within six months of hire
  • STABLE certification within one year of hire

Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to crisis situations. You must be able to adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure.

Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, bending, and pushing/pulling objects up to 40 pounds. Sit for extended periods. Occasionally use hands/wrists, fingers, pinch, grasp, push/pull objects weighing 0-20 pounds.
