We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Design Director to join our team at DPDHL. As a key member of our Solutions Design regional leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring process discipline and consistency in our solutions design pursuit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate efficient use of solutions design resources and ensure quality control/assurance of solutions design pursuit activities.
  • Provide visibility regarding solutions design utilization, including win/loss, probabilities, trends, etc.
  • Offer consultative support to sectors in the form of customer-facing needs assessments, account planning support, targeting, growth strategy, value propositions, and general facilitation as requested by the business.
  • Develop relationships with regional and global customer senior management to uncover needs and opportunities to achieve DSC's growth, contract retention, and continuous improvement objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, required.
  • Master's degree, preferred.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in solutions design, required.
  • Consultative and facilitation skills (internal and external), required.
  • End-to-end supply chain experience, preferred.
