We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Thwaites. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our culinary standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with our Executive Team to drive business strategy and achieve key performance indicators.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, purchasing, and food safety.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our kitchen staff.
- Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food safety and quality control.
