Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team at Ultra Pro Pest Protection LLC. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest management services to our residential and commercial clients in Northern New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will have a valid New Jersey pest control license and prior experience in the field. You will work closely with our management team and customers to identify pest problems and determine the best course of action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive company truck to customer locations in NJ and NY, utilizing provided gas cards and EZ PASS.
  • Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections to locate and eliminate pests.
  • Apply materials to structures as needed, ensuring a safe and efficient removal of pests.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients to address their pest concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and route logs, adhering to company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, participating in ongoing training and education.

Requirements:

  • Valid New Jersey pest control license.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Pest Control Technician.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to endure excessive bending and kneeling.
  • Ability to read and understand product labels in English.
