Cleanliness and Maintenance

As a member of the Twin Peaks team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant. This includes cleaning and sanitizing all areas, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen. You will also be responsible for emptying trash cans, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as dusting and wiping down surfaces. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning windows and mirrors, and restocking supplies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the cleanliness of all areas in the restaurant
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Restock supplies
