Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Technician to join our team at i3 Verticals Management Services, Inc.

This role is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our customers' computer hardware and software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and repair, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including software and network cabling
  • Analyze and diagnose computer/equipment problems, and repair or replace as needed
  • Manage and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
  • Document and track daily activities, mileage, and expenses incurred while working in the field
Requirements
  • Ability to travel overnight and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and repair, software installation, and basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Ability to setup and build computer systems and peripherals, and diagnose and repair or replace equipment and parts
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A+ certification is a plus, but not required
