Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Technician to join our team at i3 Verticals Management Services, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and hardware
  • Analyze and diagnose technical issues with computer equipment and software
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer systems and hardware
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel up to 80-90% of the time
