">This is a full-time day shift position located at Maury Regional Home Health in Columbia, TN. You will work closely with our clinical staff to deliver patient care and support the needs of our patients and families.
">Duties and Responsibilities

- Deliver nursing care to patients as ordered by the physician/provider or practice clinical supervisor">
- Perform direct and indirect patient care duties, including delivering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures">
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes">
- Provide education and support to patients and families on health-related topics">
Requirements
">To be considered for this position, you must have a current and valid Tennessee license as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and one year of clinical nursing experience.
">Estimated Salary Range
">The estimated salary for this position is between $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
