Requirements
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant: Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Current Oklahoma license for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, CPR certification, and one year of experience in caring for adult and geriatric patients.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant: Graduate of PTA program approved by Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education and/or according to State Law, Current License in the state of Oklahoma as Physical Therapist Assistant, excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills, and experience in working with people.
  • Occupational Therapist: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, Current occupational therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state, Current BLS through the American Heart Association, and must be able to respond to emergency situations.
  • Physical Therapist: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or eligible for Oklahoma licensure, Current CPR certification, and six months to one year of experience caring for patients of all ages.
  • Speech Therapist: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology, Current licensure or eligible for licensure in applicable State of practice, one year of experience, Certification from American Speech and Hearing Association, and BLS certified.
