Service Desk Attendant

Join our team as a Service Desk Attendant and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth vehicle movement within our facility, providing exceptional customer convenience and service. Your goal will be to maintain an orderly service parking area and provide excellent customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person or location
- Determine if customers have an appointment and record necessary information
- Control service traffic flow and assist with loaner vehicles as needed
- Park vehicles after they have been written up
- Drive safely and report any lot damage immediately
- Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up
- Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in all vehicles taken in for service
- Deliver keys and repair order hard copies to the Service Advisor
- Maintain a clean and safe service drive area
