As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Good Samaritan Society, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. About the Position

This is a part-time position with a 24-hour workweek, offering a competitive salary range of $24.00-$36.00 per hour. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and be able to work effectively with a diverse group of residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to residents in our long-term care facility, under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a licensed practitioner.
  • Document resident interactions, including outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary needs.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and implementation.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a current LPN license in good standing with the state nursing board.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meet department-specific competencies and certifications requirements.
