Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess new credit opportunities for end-users, identifying risks and potential mitigations.
  • Collaborate with client-facing colleagues to provide essential product knowledge and consultation for optimal client solutions.
  • Conduct thorough underwriting of new transactions, analyze credit risks, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Structure lease and loan terms, considering various components such as pricing, rates, payment schedules, and collateral.
  • Oversee the credit management process for a diverse client portfolio, including financial statement reviews, compliance assessments, risk rating confirmations, and necessary adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial banking or finance sector, with a strong focus on commercial credit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • MBA is advantageous.
  • Experience in analyzing and structuring complex financial transactions.
  • Strong skills in credit and risk analysis.
  • Proficient in financial statement analysis and presentation.
  • Ability to interpret and negotiate third-party documentation effectively.
