- Verify customer information, making corrections and updates as needed, to ensure data integrity.
- Actively listen to customers, recognizing opportunities to offer additional information and ensuring a positive experience.
- Follow up with customers as necessary, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize statistical contact center data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance performance.
- Participate in outbound calling for surveying and data collection, providing valuable insights to clients.
- Adhere to shift and schedule requirements, ensuring seamless coverage and meeting business needs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior call center or customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to multitask, prioritizing multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, internet search engines, and navigating multiple windows/tabs.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and comfort.
- Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
- Passing of pre-employment criteria testing and internet speed test.
