Job Summary

The DC Payroll Supervisor Lead is a key member of the payroll team, responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent payroll processing across all Distribution Centers (DCs). This role serves as the point of contact for changes, enhancements, and updates required in payroll processing and time and attendance. The successful candidate will maintain business rules consistent with regulatory requirements, provide training support to all DCs, and act as a liaison between DCs and Corporate partners.

Main Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Corporate IT and Finance to ensure Kronos is updated and maintained to meet the needs of the finance and payroll teams.
* Communicate with DC partners about current wins and opportunities on a weekly basis.
* Solicit feedback from the team on ways to automate manual processes.
* Support and train new Payroll Associates joining the team.
* Serve as the primary contact person for Corporate IT regarding upgrades, requirements, service pack releases, and technical support.
* Foster growth through training and development, building a strong bench of payroll professionals.
* Travel to new and existing DCs to provide training, troubleshoot issues, and conduct audits.
* Roll out new programs and technology, such as ServiceNow and IVR for sick line.
* Gather feedback from DC VPs on reporting to support them and the payroll team, creating reports as needed.

About You

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional with excellent problem-solving skills, able to lead and grow a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential, along with a proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. A degree is required, and prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

This role requires full-time presence in the office, including attending meetings, collaborating with colleagues, and providing client support. Regular attendance is essential for success in this position.
