Job Title: DC Payroll Team Lead and Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled DC Payroll Team Lead and Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent payroll processing across all Distribution Centers (DCs). This role involves serving as the point of contact for changes, enhancements, and updates required in payroll processing and time and attendance. You will maintain business rules consistent with regulatory requirements, provide training support to all DCs, and act as a liaison between DCs and Corporate partners.

Main Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Corporate IT and Finance to ensure that Kronos is being updated and maintained as required to meet the needs of the finance and payroll teams.
* Communicate with DC partners about current wins and opportunities on a regular basis.
* Identify areas for improvement in payroll processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and consistency.
* Develop and deliver training programs to support the growth and development of Payroll Associates within the team.
* Collaborate with Corporate IT to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless system performance.
* Analyze data and create reports to support decision-making and drive business growth.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.
