As a Senior Consultant for Production Planning and Control, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and optimizing PPDS solutions in S/4 to enhance production efficiency and reduce lead times.

  • Utilizing Integrated Product and Process Engineering (iPPE) within SAP to create and manage integrated models of products and production processes, ensuring seamless alignment between design and manufacturing.

  • Developing strategies for model mixed planning to manage varying production scenarios and product complexities.

  • Conducting detailed scheduling and capacity planning to optimize resources and throughput.

  • Collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure that PPDS functionalities align with overall business goals.

  • Providing expert consultation on process design and workflow improvement within the context of PPDS.

  • Training and supporting end-users in effectively utilizing PPDS tools and systems.

  • Staying updated with the latest advancements in production planning technologies and methodologies.

Why You Belong at 4flow

  • Robust background in S/4 Supply Chain, specifically within the ePPDS module, coupled with expertise in Integrated Product and Process Engineering (iPPE) and model mixed planning.

  • Six to Eight Years of Implementing and/or supporting ePPDS module of S/4 or PPDS module of SAP-APO.

  • Two to Three Implementation project experience as Functional consultant.

  • Proven expertise in iPPE and familiarity with engineering to order (ETO) environments.

  • Strong understanding of model mixed planning techniques and their application in a manufacturing setting.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of other S/4 modules such as PP, MM, QM, and SD.

  • SAP Certification in Production Planning or related areas. (Nice to Have)

  • Supply Chain APICs Certification like CPIM, CSCP. (Nice to Have)
