Job Title: Automation Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our QA team in developing and implementing automated testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive automation testing strategy
* Oversee the creation and execution of automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts
* Establish and maintain QA processes and standards, including CI/CD practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives

Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role focused on automation
* Proven experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
