Quality Assurance Specialist

Hyundai Engineering America, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Assistant Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of our construction projects and operational processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing quality standards and developing quality control systems
- Inspecting materials, equipment, and processes to ensure quality specifications are met
- Monitoring the production cycle and performing regular tests to identify potential malfunctions
- Communicating and negotiating with subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule compliance
- Coordinating with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, and experience with subcontractor procurement and contract administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is also required.
