- 5 years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
